We are delighted to be partnered with Margie Ireland, Founder of The Happy Healthy Leader to help provide additional support to our clients when handling tough employment situations.

HR Business Support & Recruitment Services
Many of our employer clients are in need of HR services such as Modern Award analysis and recruitment support for their business. The costs of hiring your own in-house HR team can be enormous and being able to
outsource to a team of HR specialists makes sense from both an expertise and financial perspective.
At DKL, we’ve had a successful longstanding referral partnership with the team at Employee Matters, a specialist business support and HR recruitment service provider.

re:think dyslexia
At DKL, we appreciate the importance of diversity, equity, and inclusion. We embrace and support neurodivergent individuals and the enormous strengths they can bring to the workplace, such as lateral thinking, creativity, and empathy. It’s a fact that at least 20% of people in the workplace are neurodivergent, and dyslexics make up 50% of this figure.
The importance we place on neurodiversity is why we have partnered with the team at re:think dyslexia who are experts in providing one-on-one personalised support to neurodivergent employees,
training on neurodiversity in the workplace for teams, and tailored consulting to support an organisation’s needs. Their values ‘lead the change, disrupt the norm, and celebrate the differences’ align strongly with our own at DKL and we’re thrilled to be working together.

Managing Mental Health in the Workplace - Paper
Every organisation will have employees that struggle with mental health issues at some point. They will also almost certainly have neurodiverse employees.
Whilst mental health and neurodiversity are two very distinct concepts, both will often have employees with different needs and therefore require proactive support and increased inclusion efforts.
Danny King and a number of senior lawyers authored an informative Paper focused on helping to educate employers and employees on, not only the legal aspects but, how organisations can better understand and support their neurodiverse employees, or those struggling with mental health challenges.
