Jaden (Jae) Colbert joined the Administration Team at Danny King Legal in 2021 as Client Experience Manager, before taking on the role of Executive Experience Manager in early 2022. They are passionate about enhancing our client service, and are dedicated to efficiency and improvements.

Jaden is highly experienced in customer service, with various retail and customer service roles, including at H&M, where they worked as a Sales Advisor. During this time, they took on the role of Assistant Manager, on both the ladies’ floor and kids and home floor. In this role, Jaden was responsible for supporting the Department Manager with sales reports, KPIs, visual merchandising, and the general running of each department. Jaden was regularly recognised by their colleagues and leaders throughout their time at H&M for their dedication and drive, and was awarded Team Member of the Month several times over the course of their employment.

Jaden brings this experience in client service and professionalism to their work at Danny King Legal, where they are the first port of call for client contact and general inquiries, as well as supporting our Principal, Danny King. They contribute their efficiency and organisational skills to the management of the office, helping to improve existing processes and systems and develop new ones to streamline all we do at the firm. Jaden is also responsible for office procurement, and assists their colleagues in day-to-day administration.

In 2022, Jaden is undertaking a Bachelor of Interior Design, and previously studied communications. In their free time, Jaden enjoys furniture restoration and construction, photography, and is learning to play the drums.
