Elijah is a Solicitor at Danny King Legal, who joined the Legal Team in 2021. He is an ethical practitioner, who is compassionate to his client’s needs and focused on excellence in advocacy.

Elijah holds a Bachelor of Laws from Murdoch University and is currently completing a Master of Laws at the University of Sydney. He grew up on a sheep and wheat farm in the Western Australian wheatbelt, before moving to Sydney in 2018. He worked as a Paralegal at the Mental Health Law Centre in Perth, and also has years of experience in customer service, where he was regularly recognised by his colleagues and clients alike. Elijah credits his adept problem-solving and interpersonal skills to his educational and professional experiences, and has extensive experience working meaningfully in team environments, making him a perfect addition to Danny King Legal.

While in the early years of his career, Elijah is focusing on learning the foundations of legal service and developing his skills and personal practice. He relishes the opportunity to learn from his colleagues at Danny King Legal, working collaboratively with the Senior Solicitors and the rest of the Legal Team, and values the supportive culture of the firm.

He works on a variety of matters, advising both employees and employers, and is involved in delivering contracts packages. He is quickly gaining exposure to specialised areas of service at the firm, and assists in matters in the Fair Work Commission, Federal Court, and Federal Circuit Court.

In his spare time, Elijah likes cooking and reading Italian cookbooks, and regularly returns home to Perth to visit his family and resume his title of ‘favourite uncle’.
